SEVERE OBESITY CENTRE AT DSH

Establishing a new Obesity Center under KPJ Damansara Specialist Hosptial .

On March 3, 2006, KPJ signed MoUs with Center for Severe Obesity Inc, Florida USA and Tyco Healthcare Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd (TYCO) to establish comprehensive clinically based treatment for obesity and other weight management problems at Damansara Specialist Hospital. The program is part of KPJ’s strategic move to offer alternative treatments for the increasing obesity problem in Malaysia. His Excellency, Mr Christopher J LaFleur, Ambassador of United States of America to Malaysia witnessed the signing ceremony.
