KPJ signed a Sales & Purchase Agreement in December 2006 with Lembaga Kemajuan Wilayah Pulau Pinang (PERDA) for the purpose of relocating the current BMSH. The new hospital, to be named Seberang Perai Specialist Hospital will enhance KPJâ€™s presence in Penang and enable KPJ to offer greater range of healthcare services to the community.
