KPJ Healthcare Bhd has proposed to purchase the entire equity |

KPJ Healthcare Bhd has proposed to purchase the entire equity holding of Vejthani Public Co Ltd from Aureos SouthEast Asia Fund LLC and GSB Private Funds for RM60.53 million. Vejthani owns and operates a multispecialty hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. The proposed acquisiton will increase KPJ's gearing by 6%, said the company in an exchange filing last Friday. The deal is expected to be completed in the secondquarter of 2013. |
