JOHOR BARU: Johor Corporation (JCorp) has announced changes in the top management structure of the six companies in the group, namely Kulim (Malaysia) Bhd, KPJ Health care Bhd, QSR Brands Bhd/KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Bhd, Damansara Realty Bhd, Johor Land Bhd and Damansara Assets Sdn Bhd.
Its president and chief executive officer Kamaruzzaman Abu Kassim said the move is to enhance the per formance of existing businesses. The changes at KPJ saw the ap pointment of its current executive director Amiruddin Abdul Satar as its new managing director and chief executive officer effective January 1, 2013, replacing Datin Paduka Siti Sa'diah Sheikh Bakir, whose con tract will expire by end of this year. Amiruddin, 48 is an accountant by profession and holds an MBA from the University of Reading in Britain. Datuk Ahmad Zaki Zahid, 42, was appointed as the new managing di rector for QSR/KFCH effective yes terday. He was also appointed as managing director for Massive Eq uity Sdn Bhd.
Ahmad Zaki replaced Jamaluddin Md Ali, who is appointed as non independent and nonexecutive di rector of QSR/KFCH and executive director of Kulim.
Ahmad Zaki has also relinquished his position as the executive director of Kulim, the managing director of Damansara Realty, the managing di rector of Damansara Assets and deputy chairman of Johor Land. However, he remains as a non executive director for Damasanara Realty, Damansara Assets and Johor Land.
The executive director of Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, Yusaini Sidek, was appointed as executive director for Damansara Assets effective yesterday. |
